Pangsit ala Keju Nachos

Bahan:

• 20 buah kulit pangsit, potong segitiga dan goreng
• 100 gr daging ayam giling
• 1 siung bawang putih
• 1/4 sdt merica bubuk
• 1/4 sdt peterseli, dicincang
• 75 gr Kraft Quick Melt, potong tipis

Cara membuat:

1. Tumis bawang putih, tambahkan ayam. Masak hingga matang.
2. Tambahkan merica, angkat, tabur peterseli
3. Taruh ayam di atas pangsit, lapis atasnya dengan potongan Kraft Quick Melt dan bakar dengan api atas oven toaster selama 30 detik dengan suhu 130 derajat.

* Tidak disarankan dengan microwave, karena akan membuat pangsit gorengnya layu dan lembab/tidak garing lagi.

Uneg-Uneg Part 2

Ni lanjutan dari Part 1 kemaren..



Minggu ini gw nerima sms premium yg intinya gratis 2 mgu setelah itu byr 2rb/sms.. Kl gw registrasi si mending, tapi gw tu kaga pernah ikutan registrasi semacam ini.. Trz protes dong ke operator nya n dikasih tau cara unregnya.. Swt, kenapa gw mesti keluar pulsa wat unreg untuk sesuatu yg ga pernah gw registrasi?? TANYA KENAPA...

Trz kata sang CS di email yg gw kirim, no gw tu kaga terdaftar di sistem mereka.. Kok bisa??? Gw beli ni hp beserta nomornya di galeri operatornya sekalian beli modem waktu itu.. Hari itu gw beli 2 hp(inc nomornya) ma satu modem.. Ketiganya diregistrasi hari itu juga.. Khusus modem diregistrasi di galerinya.. Kok bisa nomor gw tu ga terdaftar ya??? Kl ga terdaftar kan seharusnya gw ga bisa make layanan dr operator dong?? Kn kudu didaftarin di 4444... Wew..

Oia berhubung tu CS di galeri yg ngedaftarin modemnya n include pembelian paket unlimitednya, yg gw sayangin knp CS nya ga ngasih tau ke gw uname ma password layanan unlimited yg gw beli hari itu juga.. ckckck.. otomatis bulan pertama, gw bayar unlimited tapi ga sesuai speednya, sering dc.. Soalnya kl dialing pake uname standar maka gw dapet speed standar.. Trz, berhubung di awal bln kedua make uname ma password unlimited, gw kan salah input password,eh ternyata masih bisa connect.. Gw coba pake [assword ngasal pun jadi, uname yg ngasal jg.. Gw kosongin password ma uname jg bisa.. Terus pa gunanya dong tu beli paket n dapet uname ma password br kl ternyata ga guna gt??? Wew.. Lagi2 gw cuma bisa.. TANYA KENAPA???

Ya , tapi yawdalah.. Gpp.. Toh masih belum bikin gw SWT banget.. Cm gedeg2 kepala doang.. Wkwkwkwk..

 Nah yang aneh tu, gw GA PERNAh disensus ato sekedar ditanya2 tentang hal ini, tapi gw dikasih ucapan makasih tas partisipasinya.. Lagian dapet dari mana tu nomor hp nya?? Ckckckck.. Trz yg lebih aneh lagi, di rumah tu lum pernah kedatengan orang yg nyensus sekalipun.. Padahal, bukannya orang yg nyensus itu kudu dateng DOOR TO DOOR ya?? Isn't that's what they;re being paid for??? Makan gaji buta nih.. Kl tau gt gw jg mau.. Haik.. Haik,, Haik... ^_^;


Pasti banyak ni yang ngalamin.. Iya kan??

About Me and My Craze

Baking Food..

I'm craze for food that was bake by oven.. I've bake french fries, cheesy lover, sausage, chop down potatoes, some vegies, bread, and noodles.. I'm most certainly gonna try for other kind of food to be bake also.. Maybe cakes?? yeah right, as if i'm good at cooking.. hahahaha.. it might tastes as hell... I'm not a good cooker nor a good eater... Just cook/eat when i wanna..

Huwahh.. Pegelnya ni pundak.. Matapun ikutan pegel gara2 melototin monitor... mau ngerubah templatenya jadi 3 kolom.. Tapi dari kemaren ga sesuai tu posisi kolom ketiganya ma gambar backgroundnya.. T_T... Uda gitu warnanya juga ga sesuai...

Martabak Mie KejuMoo

Martabak Mie keju
Bahan :
2 bungkus mie instant rasa soto
1 butir telur
50 ml susu cair
1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
2 buah tomat, potong-potong
1 batang seledri, cincang halus
100 gr keju parut
2 sdm margarine

Spagheti Carbonara

Bahan-bahan:
4 btr kuning telur
1 sdm tepung terigu
100 ml susu full cream kemasan, siap pakai
250 gr spaghetti direbus matang lalu tiriskan
4 buah sosis sapi diiris terus tumis
100 gr keju cheddar, parut
garam dan merica secukupnya

Cara Memasak

Siapkan semua bahan sesuai petunjuk resep
Dalam panci, masukkan kuning telur, terigu, susu, garam, dan merica, aduk rata. Panaskan di atas api sedang sambil aduk terus hingga kental. Matikan api.
Segera masukkan spaghetti rebus, sosis tumis, dan keju, aduk rata. Taruh di piring, sajikan segera.
